What is required for the initial appointment?

Before your first visit to the doctor, it’s important to gather a specific list of documents and test results. This will help the doctor better understand your situation and provide quality care.

Prepare and bring the following with you:

Birth certificate

Or the child's passport (for teenagers)

Passport of one of the parents/guardian

A document confirming your identity as an accompanying person.

Medical documentation

Excerpts from previous consultations, conclusions of other specialists, outpatient records - everything that can be useful to the doctor.

Examination results, if available

Such as:

  • MRI / CT
  • Ultrasound data, tests, X-rays, etc.

What happens during the initial consultation?

During the appointment, the doctor:

Conducts a survey and examination of the child

Checks your medical records

Makes a diagnosis

Determines further diagnostic and treatment tactics

The consultation lasts from 30 to 60 minutes.

Consultation may include functional tests or testing.

Admission is carried out only in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
